The Story Behind the Perspective
The Story Behind the Perspective
Every journey begins somewhere. Mine began between cultures.

Every perspective has a story. Coralie's was shaped by contrasts.
Born in Lisbon in 1980, Coralie L. Meireles Stier grew up between Portugal, Brazil and Germany, surrounded by different cultures, lifestyles and ways of thinking. Learning to appreciate these contrasts taught her to recognise the value in people, to stay curious, and to understand that every culture has something to teach. Those experiences sparked a lifelong fascination with people—their values, their stories and the different ways they see the world.
After completing her Abitur in Germany, she studied Tourism Management at ANGELL Akademie für Tourismus in Freiburg.
Her career has taken her through luxury hospitality, destination management, airlines, events and tourism across Europe, Brazil and Angola. As Project Manager at Beckers Travel Germany, she designed tailor-made journeys for Latin American and Southern European guests, discovering that travel is ultimately about creating meaningful connections between people and places.
Curiosity later led her into film production in Berlin, where she worked as a First Assistant Director, Production Designer and Art Director, refining her eye for storytelling, aesthetics and project coordination.
Following the pandemic, she expanded into personal branding and strategic communication, supporting entrepreneurs, artists and small businesses in building authentic brands and communicating their unique value.
Today, Coralie combines more than two decades of experience across hospitality, tourism, marketing and creative industries. Fluent in German and Portuguese, with professional English, French and Italian, she is now based in Portugal's Eastern Algarve, where she continues to bring people, cultures and ideas together—always believing that genuine hospitality begins with genuine curiosity about others.
Looking back, I realise that every place, every project and every profession was simply another way of doing the same thing.
Helping people feel at home,
Helping people find their place,
Helping people (re)connect to themselves.
