Every chapter in this book tells a different story.

Different countries.

Different people.

Different professions.

Different experiences.

At first, they may seem unrelated.

Looking back, I no longer see separate chapters.

I see a single thread connecting them all.

Understanding people.

Creating meaningful experiences.

Building bridges between cultures.

Imagining possibilities.

Creating places where people feel they belong.

Giving ideas a voice.

Each perspective became another piece of a much larger picture.

Hospitality was never simply the industry in which I worked.

It became the way I understand people.

The way I make decisions.

The way I communicate.

The way I lead.

The way I create.

Today, I no longer see my career as a collection of roles.

I see it as a collection of perspectives.

Different paths.

One philosophy.

Different experiences.

One way of seeing the world.

Perhaps that is what Perspectives has always been.

Not the story of where I have been.

But the perspective I bring wherever I go.
