Creating Shared Moments
People remember moments, not schedules.

The project
FIFA World Cup incentive programmes, international trade fairs, Club Med World Paris, corporate events and cross-border incentive travel.
The objective
To make something enormous — hundreds of guests, multiple suppliers, several countries — feel to each individual guest like a single, calm afternoon.
My role
Coordination across teams and time zones. Programme integrity. The person who quietly holds the whole plan in mind so that nobody else has to.
People remember moments, not schedules.
I transform complexity into experiences that feel effortless, allowing every participant to simply enjoy the moment.
Large projects fail in the space between people. So the work is not really project management — it is trust management.
The FIFA World Cup incentive programmes taught me the discipline of a season with no rehearsal. Trade fairs taught me that thousands of arrivals can still be treated as one, if the choreography is honest. Club Med World Paris and corporate incentives taught me the value of a programme's private moments — the pause between two loud things, quietly designed.
I built briefings that different cultures could read the same way. I over-communicated where I had to, and stayed silent where the local team knew better than I did.
The measure of success was always the same: whether the guest experienced one seamless story, or noticed the machinery behind it.
What I learned
Effortless is the most demanding word in hospitality. It is what discipline looks like when it hides itself.
